Life can be stressful and complicated. Our individual sessions are designed to help adults navigate circumstance and relationships to find new ways to thrive.
There is hope for a better relationship. Our Relationship Sessions are designed to help couples and families improve their relationships. We also offer relationship intensive sessions for couples and families who need to make progress quickly. These can be scheduled over a few days for 3 or 4 hours at a time depending on your need and preference.
Premarital Sessions are designed to help couples prepare for a happy marriage relationship. We offer sessions using the Prepare & Enrich program and assessment.

There are a lot of changes in teen years and sometimes this can lead to feeling stuck in unhelpful behaviors and patterns. These sessions are designed to help teens move forward through these important years.
When a child is struggling, so is their family. Children sessions are designed to help children communicate their inner world through art and play techniques while developing skills to meet their therapy goals. Parents and caregivers have an important role in their child’s therapy so 30 min Parent Touch Point sessions and family sessions are often scheduled as part of the therapy process.

Complimentary 10 minute phone call
We offer a complimentary phone call to see if a therapist is a good fit for you and your concerns. The therapist will provide information on starting therapy and answer any questions you have in scheduling your first session.
A time for the therapist to learn about you, your concerns, and the goals you want to reach through therapy.
Develop a plan
The therapist will work collaboratively with you to develop a specific therapeutic plan tailored to you to help you reach your goals. Goals such as better relationships, less stress, more resilience, less emotional outbursts, and many more.
Progress towards Goals
Attend sessions to work towards your goals.
The therapist will provide feedback and recommendations as needed to help you best reach your goals and start living the life you imagined.
